Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LQTA.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened earbuds or headphones
  • Used charging cables or accessories
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
